The best remedies we have found, so far, have been lots of Vitamin C, hot tea, Cayenne Pepper capsules, and lots of water and rest.
Oh ya, another winner is a Tablespoon of Honey and Lemon/ or Lime juice. This has been great for our cough at night. If we had a sore throat, we used a Tablespoon of Olive Oil and Salt mix. This was fabulous too (and all natural). Of course making sure your intestines are clear and clean is the BEST remedy for clearing all congestion's (mucus) from ones lungs and sinus's.
But the cough soothers were very nice none the less.
We are on the mend, but it has taken it's toll on all of us. Trying to stay warm and happy.
